Well I’m currently mirroring all the workouts I have posted on rs.com after many people have asked for it.
I’ll also upload new workouts such as "Hip Hop Abs By Shaun T"

Description:

The program is basically 3 parts. It is 6 weeks long (1.5 months). You do the workout everyday of the week. You can do it only 6 times a week with a 1 day break.
The first one is called "Start it up" and you do it in weeks 1-2 of the program. It is about 25 minutes long

The second part is called "Ramp it up" and you do it in weeks 3-4 of the program. It is about 45 minutes long.
