1 - GOTO /System/Library/Coreservices

2 - Then find Dock.app - right click and "Show package contents"

3 - Once inside, goto /Contents/Resources and *COPY* the following files to another safe folder:

scurve-l.png
scurve-m.png
scurve-xl.png
scurve-sm.png

trash the images you need to replace with thispack (needs password)
and then copy YOUR MODIFIED VERSIONS to this location.

Finally, open terminal and do:

killall Dock(case sensitive - Dock has a capital "D")

navigate to ~system/library/coreservices/dock/contents/resources and move the scurve-l.png to trash
(will need to enter root password)
now download this

rename to scurve-l.png
and place it in navigate to ~system/library/coreservices/dock/contents/resources
(enter root pass again)

open terminal
and type
killall Dockhit enter

Unzip the downloaded package

DELETE the corresponding files from ~system/library/coreservices/dock//Contents/Resources
(You need root password)

and then copy YOUR MODIFIED VERSIONS to this location.
~system/library/coreservices/dock//Contents/Resources

Finally, open terminal and do:

killall Dock
