Instruction
Uninstall the old Eset and any Patch you have installed, Run some Registry Cleaner like CCcleaner, and delete if any folder left after restarting in c drive under program files with name of eset.
Do clean install dont restart, after installing go start Task Manager (Ctrl Alt Del) Processes and End EGUI.exe. That will shut down Eset. After all this run the updater and restart the PC. After Restarting it will be %100 working Nod.

New Info. If You running PeerGuardian 2, Nod added that program in there virus list, but its not a virus So New Version of nod will delete the PeerGuardian 2, So if this happens make sure to disable Nod protection, install the PeerGuardian 2 and then go to advance mod in Nod hit F5 and add the c program file PeerGuardian 2 foldder in to exlusions option. Next time it will not deleite PeerGuardian 2.
