Plot Outline:

Brian (Christian Slater) is a teenage skateboarder whose adopted brother is killed when he discovers that the shop he works for sends weapons to Vietnam instead of medications. To the police it looks like suicide, but Brian knows better so he skates off to investigate the murder himself. The more evidemce he gathers, the more he starts to convince one young detective (Steven Bauer) that his brother was murdered.
