This is supposed to eminate from the 16mm, 1948/1949 title, "Stag Film" - the original source claiming the girl is Marilyn Monroe.

I can see no overly striking likeness, and were it genuine I would have expected it to be more widespread.
However I guess it still arguably has some entertainment value for some.

If nothing else, it confirms there is little new in the adult quest for making and viewing porn !!
