Here’s a TinyURL clone I made. Works in pretty much the same way. Requires a web server with PHP and MySQL. I included an install script, you need to edit the config section in both the main file and the install file for it to work.

It does need a style making for it. But this script is the base needed for a fully working TinyURL clone.
