This link is from the Japanese PSP-website, they are offer you Media Manager for free.

INFORMATION:

When you downloaded the .exe, the installation is in Japanese, but you can see where you will have to click :mrredhat:

When you installed the programe and run it, it will ask you to register. You can do this because you have a legal version…

Once you open the program, it will be in English.
